Fight or Flight - good read on what's happening internally and externally

My mentor at AC, Victor Nevone, recently mentioned parasympathetic response while in the middle of my critique. He went on to describe the pose associated with this response and it made sense in context. But I had no idea what the word meant in association with fight or flight. Anywho, its great insight on using this physical reaction in animation. The first part is a bit tedious so you might just want to skip down to where the examples begin - it gets interesting.
